- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Whole pineapple, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup crystallized ginger, finely chopped
- Granny smith apples
Bring sugar, water, and lime juice to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Toss fruit in lime sauce and sprinkle with chopped ginger.
