Historic Inns of Kennebunkport Welcome New Member Inns

The Historic Inns of Kennebunkport, consisting of select Kennebunk and Kennebunkport Bed and Breakfasts, welcomed two new member inns earlier this summer.  The group represents the finest of lodging options in our incredible seaside community, each with its own unique niche and distinct personality.
Existing Kennebunkport Bed and Breakfast members included the Maine Stay Inn, 1802 House, Captain Fairfield Inn, Captain Jefferds Inn, and Captain Lord Mansion, as well as the Inn at English Meadows of Lower Village Kennebunk, who join together throughout the year to produce inspiring and inventive events for guests.  In recent years, some popular events have included a boatbuilding weekend with the Landing School, Maple Sugaring, Fudge Tasting, a Philanthropic Open House Tour, and Cookie Madness (a cookie competition/Kennebunkport Inn tour).  As we proudly welcome the Bufflehead Cove Inn, located in Lower Village Kennebunk, and the Cape Arundel Inn into the fold, we look forward to more (and even more enjoyable) events that only such cooperation can bring.  Exciting new activities are already in the works for the second weekend of Christmas Prelude and early June’s Kennebunkport Festival.  With two new members, the fun in Kennebunkport Maine will only grow!
