Frank Frederico, PSA Master Pastelist, will serve as Juror of Selection, and Bill Creevy, PSA Master Pastelist, will be Juror of Awards. Bill will hold a demonstration on May 22 from 12:30-3:30 p.m., after which the Opening Reception and Awards will commence.
